This amenity has a minimum lifetime of 25yrs, and you will retain first right of refusal to renew.

Spend enough time in nature and eventually, nature calls. Thankfully, we have a solution – two of them! Our commitment to the environment is evident in the care and treatment of the land and water as we build the trail but also, in the services provided to those who will be using it. We’re bringing in state of the art, low-odour toilets, in two locations along the trail for those ‘uh-oh’ moments. We trust you’re in agreement with our philosophy and if so, we’d love your help in making this amenity possible.
